Carbon footprint
In order to reduce carbon dioxide emissions, we all need to ask ourselves about the "weight" that our actions have on the environment. The carbon footprint measures the impact of human activities on the environment, based on the amount of greenhouse gases emitted into the air.
We can distinguish between the primary footprint, which measures direct emissions of carbon dioxide (for example, from fuel combustion) and secondary footprint, or indirect emissions.
